Description
Invoice Tracker is an app for your phone, tablet and computer that answers one question the moment you open it: who has paid you, and who hasn't. It runs in your browser, installs to your home screen like a normal app, and works offline — there is no account, no subscription, and no spreadsheet to set up.
The top of the screen shows what you are owed, what is overdue and by how many days, and what came in this month, with the late invoices first. You make an invoice in about a minute — your logo, your business details, your tax number and your how-to-pay line are already on it — then print it, or save it as a PDF and attach it to your own email. When the money lands you record the payment in one tap, part payments included, and the app works out what is left.
Every client has their own page: contact details, payment terms, tags, notes, every invoice you have sent them, and how many days they actually take to pay. It is a simple CRM for a business small enough that one person is chasing the money.
It is deliberately not accounting software. There are no expenses, no tax returns and no bank connection — it never asks for a bank login, because your invoices never leave your device. When your accountant needs the numbers, you export invoices, payments and clients to CSV.
You get the app, your product key, and a 7-page setup guide with step-by-step screenshots for iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac, plus an offline copy: a single file that runs with no internet at all, even the first time you open it. Open the link, type the key once, add it to your home screen — that is the whole setup.
Questions about this one
Does it connect to my bank?
No. It never touches your bank and never asks for a login. You record a payment yourself, in one tap, when the money lands. If you want automatic bank feeds, this is not the right product and I would rather you knew now.
Does it sync between my phone and my laptop?
No, and that is the trade for having no account. Each device keeps its own copy. To move everything across you take a one-file backup and restore it on the other device — the guide shows how and it takes two taps. Most people work on one device and back up now and then.
Is it accounting software?
No. There are no expenses, no tax returns and no VAT filing, and it does not email invoices for you — you save the PDF and attach it to your own email. It does one job: invoices out, payments in, and who still owes you.
Can I invoice in more than one currency?
No. You set one currency for the business, once. If you bill in two currencies this is not the right product.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to renew. You pay once and the app is yours.
How do I get it after paying?
The setup PDF is on the confirmation page the moment your payment goes through, and a copy is emailed to you. Inside it are your app link and your product key. Open the link, type the key once, and you are in.
Will it work on my device?
If your phone or computer still gets system updates, yes. Open the link in Safari, Chrome or Edge — iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs and Macs all work. There is no app store download and no Excel.
Will I lose my invoices?
Add the app to your home screen — the guide shows how — and download a backup now and then. Both take under a minute. Clearing your browser's site data erases the app's data; clearing history alone normally does not. A backup file restores everything.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export invoices, payments and clients to CSV for a spreadsheet or your accountant, and take a full backup file that restores the whole app. You can leave with everything, whenever you want.
Does it work offline?
Yes, once you have opened it the first time. The offline copy that comes with it goes further — one file that runs with no internet at all, even on the very first open.
What if it does not work for me?
Message me before anything else. I answer within 24 hours and most problems take one reply to fix. A digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, but if it does not do what this page says it does, I will fix it or refund you.
Who is behind this?
One person. I designed, built and tested the app, I wrote the guide, and I answer the messages myself.
Delivery & licence
Nothing is posted — this is a digital product. Your download link appears on the confirmation page as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, and a copy is emailed to you. One purchase covers your own household forever, including every future update. Please do not resell or redistribute the files. Because downloads cannot be returned, digital sales are final; if anything does not work as described, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
