This policy explains what personal information DIGINETWORK LLC, doing business as MySmartLivingTools ("we", "us"), collects when you visit mysmartlivingtools.com, buy from us or use our apps, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. The short version
- We collect only what we need to sell you a product, deliver it and support you.
- We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles payment.
- What you type into our apps stays on your device. We cannot see your budgets, debts, invoices or clients.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Google and TikTok) load only if you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
- We never sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect
2.1 When you place an order
Your name, email address, country (and postal code or billing address where needed to calculate tax), the products you bought, the price, the date, and your order number. From Stripe we receive a payment reference, the payment status, and limited card details such as the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry month — never the full card number or security code. We also generate and store the product key issued to you.
2.2 When you create an account
Your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed (scrambled) form; we cannot read them. Your account lists your orders so you can download them again.
2.3 When you contact us or request a custom build
Your name, email address, the message and anything you choose to include, such as a description of what you want to track or sample files. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, bank logins or other highly sensitive information.
2.4 When you leave a review
The name you type, your rating, headline, review text, an optional photo and, optionally, your email address. The email address is used only to check whether you bought the product (for a "verified buyer" badge) and is never published. Your name, rating, review and photo are published on the site.
2.5 When you join our email list
Your email address and the date you signed up. We only email you about new products and updates if you asked us to, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
2.6 When you browse the site
Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records technical information when pages load: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page and date/time. We use it to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and card testing, and fix errors. See section 5 for cookies.
2.7 Inside our apps
Our browser apps (such as the ADHD Budget Planner, Debt Payoff Tracker and Invoice Tracker) store everything you enter — income, bills, debts, invoices, clients, notes and settings — only in your browser's storage on your own device. That information is not sent to us or to anyone else, and we have no way to access, recover or delete it. Backups and CSV exports you create are saved to your device and are under your control. When the app downloads its program files or updates, our host records the standard technical information described in 2.6, but not your entries.
3. How we use information

| Measure and improve our TikTok ads, including counting purchases that came from an ad — only if you accept | Cookie identifiers, pages viewed, add-to-cart and purchase events (order value, product) | Consent |
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and fraud prevention. Stripe acts as an independent controller for some data under its own Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — website and app hosting.
- Hostinger Email (smtp.hostinger.com) — sending order, delivery, support and (if you opted in) newsletter emails.
- Google Fonts — serving the two typefaces the site uses; your browser asks Google for the font files and Google sees your IP address.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply).
If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, information is also collected by:
- Google LLC (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) — site analytics. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- TikTok (TikTok Pixel) — measuring and improving our TikTok ads. TikTok may combine this with other information it holds about you under its own Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some U.S. state laws, letting an advertising platform such as TikTok collect data through its pixel may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. That only happens if you accept advertising cookies, and you can opt out at any time — see section 8.1.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
- Session cookie — keeps your cart and sign-in working as you move between pages. Strictly necessary.
- Security cookies set by Stripe on the checkout page — used to prevent fraud. Strictly necessary.
- Browser storage inside our apps — holds your app data and product-key status on your device, as described in 2.7.
Optional cookies — only after you click "Accept":
- Analytics (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) — cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*, which count visits and show which pages are used. Kept up to 2 years. - Advertising (TikTok Pixel) — cookies such as
_ttpandttclid, which tell us whether a visit or purchase came from a TikTok ad. Kept up to 13 months. - Your cookie choice — one strictly necessary cookie that remembers whether you accepted or rejected, for 6 months.
If you click "Reject", or ignore the banner, none of the optional cookies or tags load. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, advertising cookies stay off.
6. How long we keep information
- Order, payment and refund records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.
- Accounts: until you delete your account or ask us to (order records are kept as above).
- Support messages and custom-build files: 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Reviews: while published, or until you ask us to remove them.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: up to 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
- Analytics data in Google Analytics: 14 months. Cookies: as listed in section 5.
7. Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1; card data never touches our servers. Passwords are hashed, access to our systems is limited, and forms are protected against spam and abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a data breach where the law requires.
8. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information (except what we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons);
- stop sending you marketing emails (or simply click "unsubscribe").
Email hello@mysmartlivingtools.com from the address linked to your order or account. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
8.1 U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws may have the rights above, plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies (TikTok Pixel) load only if you accept them. To opt out, use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer and reject advertising cookies, or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we treat a GPC signal as an opt-out. You may use an authorised agent to make a request, and if we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision email.
8.2 Users in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland
You also have the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We are based in the United States, so your information is processed there; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or our providers' participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
9. Children
Our site and products are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and its "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
