Delivery Policy

Everything sold on mysmartlivingtools.com is digital. Nothing is shipped or posted, and there are no shipping costs. This policy explains how and when you receive what you bought.

1. Browser apps — instant delivery

  • When: immediately after Stripe confirms your payment — usually within a few seconds.
  • Where: (1) on the order confirmation page, and (2) by email to the address you entered at checkout. If you have an account with the same email address, the order also appears in your account so you can download it again later.
  • What you receive: a setup guide (PDF) containing your app link and your personal product key, installation steps for iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac, and — where stated on the product page — an offline copy of the app.
  • How to start: open the app link in Safari, Chrome or Edge, enter your product key once on each device, and add the app to your home screen.
  • Where it works: any country, on devices that still receive system updates. No app store download is needed.

2. If your delivery does not arrive

  1. Check your spam, junk or "Promotions" folder for an email from MySmartLivingTools.
  2. Make sure the email address you typed at checkout was correct — your Stripe receipt shows it.
  3. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Email hello@mysmartlivingtools.com with the email address you paid with and your order number (it starts with MSL-). We resend your links and key by hand, normally the same business day and always within 48 hours. If we cannot deliver, you receive a full refund.

Occasionally a bank asks for extra verification and payment confirmation is delayed. Your delivery is sent automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed; if the payment fails, you are not charged.

3. Custom builds

  • We confirm the scope, price and an estimated delivery date by email before any work starts.
  • Typical timing: Personal builds within a few business days, Business builds within about a week, bespoke builds as quoted.
  • Finished files are delivered by email as a shared Google Sheets link, an Excel (.xlsx) file or a Notion template link, together with short usage notes.
  • Delays caused by waiting for your answers extend the estimate by the same amount of time. If we miss the agreed date by more than 14 days, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Updates

Updates to browser apps you own install automatically the next time you open the app while online. If an update needs a new file (for example a new offline copy), we email you a link at no charge.
